Meet Joey

A Sarasota resident for more than 35 years, Joey combines deep local knowledge with a data-driven approach to real estate. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than 1,700 real estate transactions and has helped clients successfully buy and sell hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate throughout Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties.

Before entering real estate, Joey graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Business Management and spent seven years playing professional golf. During that time, he competed around the world and earned the opportunity to play in both the 2008 and 2011 U.S. Open Championships. The discipline, preparation, and competitive mindset that fueled his success in golf became the foundation of his real estate career.

Today, Joey specializes in luxury waterfront properties, golf course communities, investment properties, multifamily assets, and residential homes throughout Southwest Florida. His clients value his ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, negotiate aggressively, and provide honest advice based on facts rather than sales pressure.

In addition to real estate, Joey is an active real estate investor, business owner, and entrepreneur. His experience owning rental properties and operating multiple businesses gives him a unique perspective that benefits both homeowners and investors looking to maximize long-term value.
